Realme buds air 2 ANC long term user review. First of all Happy new year 2021 to everyone before I start my 1st article of the year. There are a lot of players and an aggressive market when we talk about wireless earbuds. Realme being a smartphone brand is trying to enter into every possible category.
While it seems difficult to make an all-around product the Realme buds air 2 ANC can be one of the finest offerings.

I was looking for earbuds but comfort wasn’t a key requirement for me. I don’t use it all day as in earbuds for longer exposure to ears isn’t good. But, that may be not the case for everyone. If you are someone who wants to just keep it on your ears for longer hours, the Realme buds air 2 is just perfect. Do not the design is inspired by Apple AirPods and it is very well suited.
I do face some challenges for the 100% fit but some may not come across this. There are a few ear tips provided for the right comfort.
Audio Quality (Music, video, Gaming, Call)
Provided the price you can’t ask for more. But, even though it comes with tons of features the Audio quality is pretty decent. While talking about each aspect, you can download the Realme App for more options. Listening to music is pretty neat, not many ups and downs its near static with slight variations.
Under App, you get options to enable ANC (Active noise cancellation), Dynamic mode, Transparent mode, etc. The game mode is kind of a hit and miss but due to low latency, it can be easily used for gaming, tested BGMI, CODM, etc.
For call indoors and while at the quiet place it works flawlessly but outdoor and traveling it isn’t good enough. Some features like gestures and removing buds from year pauses music/video is good to have feature. All settings and changes can be done via Realme App.
Battery Life and Charging
The battery life is good and to give you a rough no. Continued listening time will be near 4-5 hours or more depending on if you select ANC or dynamic. Overall with a charging case, it can go more than 24 hours. The charging time for buds and cases is approx. 2 hours. The Type C charging compatibility is good to have feature.
Comfortable for long hours
Audio Quality for given price
Pairing & Connectivity – Instant connect
Wider and easier compatibility – Tabs, Phones, Laptops (Zero disconnection and latency)
Fit can be a challenge for some ear types
My daily usage, I use it with Apple iPhone XS, ASUS ROG Phone 5, ASUS Zenbook Laptop, and Realme Tab. I would easily recommend it to anyone who is looking for wireless earbuds with ANC at this price. If you have any questions about the Realme buds air 2 do let me know.
However, Realme may be coming up with a newer version already.
But, do not you can get it via different retailers and offline sellers as well.
