BGMI announces its return to India. KRAFTON and Indian authorities to come to a consensus, but all seems well finally. BGMI or Battlegrounds Mobile India has come under fire after it’s earlier-named version PUBG was banned in India. Today remarks another great journey for KRAFTON and BGMI as a whole.

The Indian gaming community, specifically the Mobile gamers were in confusion as back-to-back game was banned. Commenting on the occasion here’s what Sean Hyunil Sohn, CEO, KRAFTON, Inc. India, has to say:

“We are highly grateful to the Indian authorities for allowing us to resume operations of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI). We would like to extend our gratitude to our Indian gaming community for their support and patience over the past few months. We are excited to announce that BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA will be available for download soon and we cannot wait to welcome you back to our platform. We believe in the power of gaming to bring people together and create unforgettable experiences. We are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our users in India and beyond, and we look forward to continuing our journey with you.”

While it seems it will be a slow approach rather the company going all guns blazing, it’s a great news for everyone. Now, BGMI is back it will be good to see if we do see FreeFire getting back as well. FreeFire the other Battle Royale game is also not available after getting ban.

Opinion:

What do you think about BGMI coming back? Do you still play the game as its servers were still available during the ban phase as well? BGMI not only provides a great gaming experience but overall an Esports ladder to all the young audience. KRAFTON needs to make sure there are no data-related issues and how the game can have a positive impact overall.
